Michael
Doody has worked in the Law since 1964 qualifying as a Solicitor
in 1978 and becoming a Partner in Wartnabys in 1979 since when he
has headed the Property Department. He has always specialised in
Property Law and has dealt with all types of property transaction.
Jeremy Wakefield
first qualified as a Barrister and became a Solicitor in 1988, working in London
before joining Wartnabys in 2003 and becoming a Partner in 2006. He deals with
property work of all kinds, and his work in London has given him particular
experience of residential leaseholds.
Pauline
Grocott qualified as a Solicitor in 1977 and used to have her own
practice in Staffordshire before joining Wartnabys in 1998.
She has experience of all kinds of property work and deals particularly
with residential conveyancing.
Elizabeth
Bass has been a Solicitor since 1986 and joined Wartnabys in 1998,
dealing with a wide range of property work as well as Wills and Probate.
Conveyancing
- Residential.
We deal with the full range of domestic property work, from small
pieces of garden to large houses, freehold or leasehold, sales and
purchases, mortgages, registration of title.
Commercial
- We deal with commercial property of all kinds, freehold
and leasehold, land for development, options, mortgages, sale and
leaseback.
- We also deal with the purchase and sale of businesses
of all kinds.
Agricultural
- Sale and purchase of farms, farm land, with related
aspects such as Single Farm Payment and letting arrangements.
Leasehold
- There are many different kinds of leases, relating to
residential, commercial or agricultural property, in which we act
for Landlords or for Tenants.
