Our History

Wartnabys is a long established general practice, dating from the mid Eighteenth Century and at first including several generations of the Wartnaby family. The firm has always been based in Market Harborough High Street, and in the present office since the 1930s. Richard G. Watson was Senior Partner for many years, and John Tillotson was then Senior Partner for thirty years until 2005.

The firm has always acted mainly for clients in the Market Harborough area and throughout Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, but increasingly acts for clients over a wider area. The Partners are now Romilly Ilersic, Michael Doody, Richard Balme and Jeremy Wakefield.
